Application Checklist

A Student Application is made up for 4 Parts. Please make sure you have submitted all 4 parts of the application in order for it to be considered "complete". Applications not completed successfully by the start of the Semester will not be considered for enrollment.

  • Online Form:

The Application Form collects basic personal information from students as well as information regarding their previous knowledge of Arabic and Islamic Studies.

  • Personal Statement:

A 500 word personal statement must be completed answering one of three prompts:

​

1. What is your intention and motivation for studying at the Khadijah Institute?

2. What do you plan to do with your education upon your completion of the Khadijah Institute program?

3. Please provide information about yourself and your aspirations/ambitions.

  • 2 References

The Khadijah Institute requires Letters of Recommendation from two different references in order for your application to process. These cannot be family members or members of Khadijah Institute teaching staff. They can be personal contacts or professional. On the Application Form, please enter the contact details to 2 trustworthy references and a staff member from the Institute will contact them directly for a Letter of Recommendation. In the event the reference does not respond, staff members will send a reminder to the student and to the reference.

 
  • Tuition Payment

Tuition for both semesters must be paid before the start of the semester. Tuition costs are $2500 for the Year 1 program and an additional $200 for students placed in the Summer Prerequisite Program.

This can be paid on the Tuition page using the Mohid platform. Please select "Khadija Institute Tuition" and make a total payment.
